Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Black Label Motors GmbH i.G., Stephansplatz 8, 1010 Vienna, Austria, email: info@blacklabelmotors.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts once we have fully provided the service and only began providing the service after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 11 (4) FAG).

Legal Basis

The right of withdrawal arises from §§ 3 and 11 of the Austrian Distance and Out-of-Office Commerce Act (FAG) in conjunction with the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). This withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of Austrian and European consumer protection law. For memberships granted by personal invitation, the conditions set out separately in the membership agreement apply.
